Bob`s Burgers in Albuquerque

I just order 7 tacos burgers with green chili on the side came home with a burgers no green chili thank you very much....

This location never gets my order right no matter how clear i am. Could say D as in Dog and still get a combo B🤦🏻‍♀️ They don't mention they are out of items they just decide to not ring it up or mention it. They dont repeat or check orders before handing them out. Ive been ignored for 10 mins at this location while im the only person there. i used to work for this place i know u guys r trainded to do better.. stop wasting my money n pay attention.

Long wait. Food was a little cold, but this is no my usual experience. Taco burgers are great, chili sauce is spicy. Onion rings are good. Pretty good frito pie. Definitely worth a try of you have never been.

Best place for great burgers and green chili. Can always go here for a quick cheap lunch. A must go if you live in or are visiting ABQ. Also try any desert on the menu.

The price was good but the burger was really lacking. I ordered the old fashion and its name wasn't wrong the patty was dry like it had been sitting out. This was through the drive through at noon so maybe they pre-made them but my burger was worse than a store bought microwaveable one. The fries were ok, could use more salt but I could have done that.

I gotta say, I didn't expect much for a hamburger patty in a flour tortilla, but it worked. Taco bell, look out!

Just awful when I tried to place a call in order the lady that answered was just so rude, my food was cold I would not push this “customer service” on my worst enemy

Friendly staff, quick service, and my meal combo was made just right. The price was adequate for what I ordered which was a burger fries and a drink. It did not take but maybe five minutes for my order to be finished.

Good service but drive up was to long a line an wait just for 2 drinks.

So Bob's burgers was a pretty bad choice. Poor service bad food. Maybe crew had a bad day, I understand that but cold undercooked food, c'mon.

I love their tortilla burgers. Beware green chile sauce is addictive you will crave the spicy flavor. Order with green chile cheese fries and use the fork to mix up the sauce and cheese so you get melted cheese on all your fries.

The order was given to another customer which happens. But after asking about my order I wasn’t given any explanation or acknowledgement. After several minutes I asked again and was told the order would take another 5 minutes. Asked for a refund and left.

Great food only complaint is I had to wait like 6 min I was the only one in line and on ordered 1 item

Had a good experience. Food was hot and great service. So far this has been the cleanest location I have been to.

Went to the Juan Tabo location with my family and from the beginning, the service from the lady behind the counter ( found out it was the manager ) was very rude from the beginning to end. We weren’t the only ones being treated this way, the next guest in line was being treated this way too! Be careful of this Grinch!

Good food, but they nickel and dime you on everything. 10 cents for tomatoes, no free soft drink refills. Always ends up being more expensive than I expect.

I love Bob's burgers. The patties they use are delicious. They aren't super thick but the flavor can't be beat. Weather your getting a regular burger or a rancho burger it's definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Customer service at this location could have been better but still good food

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in.... The 3 employees on shift were cleaning during their down time! I was extremely impressed!

One of my favorite New Mexico fast food chains!This new location in my opinion has better tasting food, and better service. There is also less sketchy people at this location.They mostly get the orders correct.

The Ranchero burger is very good but the green chile fries are amazing.

I love bobs but this location ALWAYS has a long line and it never moves fast every time I come I’m in line for about 20 minutes and I only get 30 minutes lunches!!!! Not even during this pandemic but on a normal day as well!!!

Bob's is a fun local chain that offers an interesting menu. They have the standard burgers but also hot dogs and more unusual, but very New Mexican foods, like Frito pies. Their food is better than the national chains and I always like supporting a local business. There aren't as many locations so sometimes I forget about going to Bob's, but when I do I always leave happy. The food is good for a fast food place, they're clean and the staff is very friendly. If you haven't been, GO! Try it for yourself, you deserve it. :-)

I am not from around here and just moved here so I wanted to try Bob's burgers and the food was great I love the tortilla burgers however the fries were cold like if they've been sitting there all day I was a little upset that they have the nerve to give me those fries like that That's my only complaint and that's why I give you three stars

The Food Is Great, It wasn't To Crowded When We Ate There. Its Clean, Quiet. Employees Are Friendly. I Recommend It.

Bob's is one of our favorite Mexican fast food places. We eat there almost once a week! We love the taco burgers, taquitos, Chile cheese dogs and green chile cheese fries. Eat here, you won't be disappointed!

Food was excellent as always but I really doubt there are more than 2 employees working and maybe only 1. There were 4 cars in front of me and it still took almost 20 minutes AFTER arriving at the pickup window to get my order. Drive up is there only option at this location. I'll pick a different Bob's ther next fine. (This is a review for the Juan Tabo site)

There is a female working the drive-thru that was the rudest person I ever met. She had the worst attitude because it was getting close to closing and didn’t even want to take my order. I ended leaving cause how rude she was.

If I could give zero stars, I would! We ordered and the lady was clearly not in a good mood! After waiting for 30 minutes, I went up and asked if this long of a wait is normal and was told “yes sometimes”. I told the lady we’ve seen multiple cars go thru the drive thru and they’re not waiting. She went to find out and clearly the lost our order. I do understand this may happen however we were the only people in the restaurant. Finally, they got the manage to refund our money and at no time did she apologize. She just gave us our money like they don’t need customers! We’ve always enjoyed Bob’s Burgers but I can say they’ve lost a customer for life!!

Would not take a $50 dollar bill for $42.50 order because against store policy... ok keep your mediocre at best food.
